Just a little request, my fellow GIM'ers....
 

I know, from time to time, we get hot about our opinions, and say things we probably wouldn't should be sitting around a stove together somewhere and could look the other guy in the eye........so kindly refrain from telling someone "they are an idiot" for an opinion they have put forth.....you may disagree without being disagreeable.....

Many opinions here are gained from experience and we all rarely get the same experiences in life.....so take the good from posts, and ignore what you will from others.....
